We’re now looking for an experienced, well-connected fundraising advisor (FA) who knows the crypto & Web3 capital market inside out — from family offices, token-focused funds, to early-stage Web3 VCs.

What You Bring

• Deep relationships in the crypto/Web3 investment ecosystem .
• Experience helping founders close token or equity rounds in the crypto space.
• Familiarity with deal structuring for early-to-growth stage crypto companies.
• Able to move fast, independently, and communicate directly with founders.
• Not afraid of volatility — ideally, you’ve raised during both bull and bear markets.

Compensation

• Monthly retainer (depending on experience + value)
• Success fee or % based on amount closed
• Potential token upside or advisory equity (case-by-case)
