The Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Fundraising Advisor with a proven track record of securing institutional capital at scale. This role is not about pitching; it is about executing. The right candidate will bring an exceptional investor network, deep expertise in structuring deals, and the ability to drive high-value capital raises with efficiency and precision.

You will work closely with our founder and executive team to connect with top-tier investors, effectively communicate our vision, and secure the financial resources that will drive our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in navigating the fundraising landscape at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Access & Engagement: Leverage an established network of Family Offices, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and institutional investors to drive capital commitments.
• High-Stakes Fundraising Execution: Develop and implement a sophisticated, high-velocity fundraising strategy that aligns with our company’s financial objectives.
• Deal Structuring & Capital Strategy: Work with the leadership team to refine investment structures, ensuring alignment with sophisticated investor expectations.
• Elite-Level Investor Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth investors, ensuring long-term engagement beyond the initial raise.
• Executive Collaboration: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, bringing market intelligence and insights that shape fundraising strategy.

Who You Are

• Proven Fundraiser at Scale: Minimum 10+ years of experience in equity fundraising, with a track record of securing major institutional investments.
• Successful Fundraising: Demonstrated success in raising at least $100 million in equity financing for startups.
• Strategic Closer: You do not just open doors, you execute deals and drive commitments with precision.
• Elite Network: Established, high-touch relationships with leading institutional investors, Family Offices, and HNWIs.
• High-Level Communicator: Ability to engage, persuade, and close at the boardroom level.
• Music, Media, or Tech Expertise (Preferred): A strong understanding of capital flows in these sectors is a plus.
