Job summary

Americans for Responsible Innovation (ARI) is seeking an Associate, Development & External Relations to support fundraising operations, donor communications, and event coordination. The role supports ARI, CRI, and ARI PAC, with emphasis on data integrity, research, and timely reporting.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area in a hybrid role, you will collaborate with the Development & External Relations Lead, manage databases, and assist with compliance and prospect outreach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track fundraising data and donor records across ARI, CRI, and ARI PAC.
• Prepare fundraising reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Support compliance, filings, and donor documentation (FEC/IRS).
• Coordinate logistics for ARI-hosted fundraisers and events in the Bay Area.
• Identify prospective donors and maintain the donor pipeline in Airtable.
