Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft letters, emails, and collateral materials for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain a library of proposal and report texts and attachments, including budgets and donor data.
• Generate prospect lists for programs, projects, event sponsorships, and other priorities.
• Format gift tables, budgets, and other materials for proposals and reports.
• Format PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Provide advancement support for events, including invoices, pledge reminders, and payments.
