Job summary

SAN-Bernardino-Community-College-District Foundation seeks a development specialist to coordinate alumni activities, campaigns, and events. You will manage donor data, prepare communications, and support grant reporting, ensuring alignment with donor intent.

Responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, managing budgets, and producing reports. A bachelor’s-like credential is preferred with 4 years of customer-focused fundraising or foundation experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 semester units with major coursework in business administration or related field.
• 4 years of experience in a customer service focused environment with high interpersonal contact.
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or foundation operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Foundation office.
• Lead development activities and events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with alumni, faculty, staff and the public.
• Support donor identification, cultivation and stewardship activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports; assist with grants and budgets.
