Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist - Title & Trade to support funding, lending, and document management on site in Ocoee, FL. You will manage collateral documentation between Westgate, custodians, lenders, attorneys, and escrow agents to ensure timely funding and accurate recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to resolve document-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with collateral management, loan documentation, lending operations, escrow processing, or title administration.
• Familiarity with funding processes, lender requirements, and legal document recording procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Attention to detail, organization, time management, and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage collateral records between Westgate, custodians, lenders, attorneys, and escrow agents.
• Review accounts to identify documentation issues that may delay funding or escrow releases.
• Process deeding documents and funding packages required by lenders and escrow agents.
• Coordinate collateral releases and track funding-related documentation.
• Research and resolve title, funding, and collateral discrepancies.
