The role oversees funding channels, guides relationships with debt capital markets partners, investor relations, and deposit teams, and coaches staff to achieve department and bank goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years' experience in Banking Treasury or Finance.
• Preferred PhD or MS in quantitative fields such as Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics.
• Experience leading in a large, diverse organization.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - IO

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for funding strategy from planning to execution.
• Coordinate funding strategies to align with risk appetites and liquidity
• Oversee reporting to senior management and regulatory engagements.
• Manage relationships with debt capital markets partners, investor relations, and deposit teams.
• Coach and develop Treasury staff to align with organizational culture.
