Qualifications
- 10+ years in treasury with custody/trust exposure.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance liquidity ops and asset servicing.
- Experience with derivatives, collateral, and complex investments.
- Proven stakeholder management with custodians and banks.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and program delivery.
- Strong communication for executive audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee custody and trust account operations and optimizations.
- Lead daily liquidity activities and cash forecasting for funding.
- Manage collateral, margin monitoring, settlements, and related ops.
- Forge and maintain relationships with banks, custodians, trustees, and counterparties.
- Support treasury tech initiatives and systems enhancements.
- Monitor FHLB membership, collateral pledging, and funding structures.
- Assist with reporting for senior leadership, boards, rating agencies, regulators.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
