Job summary

LeoForce in Cary, NC is seeking a Director of Treasury to lead the daily treasury function, safeguard cash and investments, and optimize liquidity across custody and trust accounts.

The role requires 10+ years in treasury, custody/trust experience, and strong leadership with executive communication skills. You will collaborate with Finance, Investments, and Legal to drive treasury initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Treasury experience.
• Direct experience managing custody and trust accounts.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and asset servicing.
• Experience with custodians, trustees, and banking partners.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day treasury function with a focus on safeguarding cash and investments.
• Manage banking relationships, custodians, trustees, and external partners.
• Oversee collateral management, funding activities, and liquidity forecasting.
• Monitor credit facilities, pledged collateral, and capital deployment strategies.
• Partner with Finance, Investments, Accounting, Risk and Legal on treasury initiatives.
• Assist with treasury technology initiatives and automation of reporting.
• Support executive reporting for senior leadership, Board, regulators.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance for regulatory compliance.
