Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to build spreadsheets.
• Great attention to detail with strong deadline orientation.
• Typing speed 45+ WPM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer.
• Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records.
• Perform compliance audits and correct as needed.
• Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work.
• Build and create Excel spreadsheets.
