Job summary

G MASS Consulting seeks a Legal Entity Management specialist to support a buy-side client engagement, handling SPVs, trusts and funds from formation through dissolution. You will partner with the client’s paralegal team and focus on lifecycle management, document review, and data integrity across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in legal entity management or fund ops, with strong familiarity in entity documentation and paralegal workflows.

Qualifications

2+ years in legal entity management or fund operations.
Experience with SPVs, trusts or closed-end funds.
Familiarity with legal entity documentation and paralegal processes is a plus.
Strong attention to data accuracy in systems.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of legal entities including formations, amendments and dissolutions.
Maintain and update entity information in client platforms with accuracy.
Review and interpret constitutional, financial and entity-related docs for actions across jurisdictions.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to avoid blockers.
Manage multiple client deliverables, track progress, and escalate risks as needed.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable delivery.
Design enhanced workflows for amended processes.
