Job summary

G MASS Consulting seeks a paralegal or legal entity specialist with fund operations experience to support a buy-side client engagement focused on the structured dissolution and lifecycle management of complex legal entities including SPVs, trusts and funds.

The role sits at the intersection of legal and operational delivery and requires collaborating with the client’s paralegal team to manage wind-downs from scoping to closure.

Qualifications

• Fund experience with SPVs, trusts and funds.
• Paralegal background or equivalent legal operations experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in a legal, paralegal, fund operations or compliance-adjacent role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of legal entity dissolution processes with SPVs, trusts and funds alongside the client’s paralegal team.
• Review constitutional, financial and fund-related legal documents; assist in identifying issues and preparing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm no open litigation or blockers.
• Manage multiple client deliverables, maintain project trackers, lead status meetings, escalate risks.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors through clear communication.
• Design and implement enhanced workflows; apply legal judgement across project lifecycle.
