Job summary

G MASS is seeking a paralegal or legal entity specialist with fund operations experience to support a buy-side client engagement focused on the structured dissolution and lifecycle management of complex legal entities including SPVs, trusts and funds.

The role sits at the intersection of legal and operational delivery, working alongside the client’s paralegal team to manage wind-downs from scoping to closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in legal, paralegal, fund operations or compliance-adjacent roles.
• Fund experience with SPVs, trusts or funds is essential.
• Familiar with constitutional and financial documentation across jurisdictions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of dissolution processes for SPVs, trusts, and funds.
• Review constitutional and fund-related documents and support closure actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to avoid blockers.
• Maintain project trackers and lead client status meetings.
• Develop enhanced workflows and apply sound legal judgement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client-facing interactions and ensure timely delivery.
