Olive Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated Fund Operations Analyst to join our finance & operations team in Palo Alto. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Interest in PE/VC fund operations and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily journal entries and general ledger maintenance for multiple fund entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash position tracking across fund accounts.
• Maintain records of investment transactions, management fees, and fund expenses.
• Support quarterly/annual close with workpapers, accrual schedules, and variance analyses.
• Prepare fund financial statements, NAV packages, and management company reports.
• Calculate Capital Call and Distribution notices and LP capital accounts.
• Respond to investor inquiries and assist audit support schedules.
• Document workflows, learn fund accounting systems (Investran/eFront), and collaborate on ad-hoc projects.
