FEG Investment Advisors in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Client Service Manager to ensure daily back-office operations are completed accurately and timely. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers, acting as the main contact for onboarding institutional relationships, and resolve client operational issues.

The role requires 8–10 years in the investment industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a business focus.
• 8-10 years of work experience in the investment industry or a similar field, preferably client service related.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of investment terminology.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients and advisor teams focused on enhancing the client experience.
• Coordination of all operational service activities with internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor completion of activities and serve as single contact for cohesive communications.
• Oversee onboarding of new institutional relationships and manage onboarding steps for Operations.
• Conduct post-meeting activity review with consultants.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure data integrity and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to implement efficiencies within operational workflows.
• Participate in discovery calls and final presentations with prospective clients, providing operational input.
• Liaise with custodian relationship managers and perform due diligence on new relationships.
