SEI Corporation is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to coordinate and oversee mutual funds, hedge, private equity, and UCITS across the U.S., Canada, Ireland, and the U.K. You will manage daily cash activity, trading, and model management while collaborating with portfolio managers, custodians, sub-advisors, and brokers.
The role emphasizes regulatory reporting, policy documentation, onboarding of sub-advisors, and driving process improvements as SEI expands its investment platform.
We are seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to support the ongoing coordination and oversight across a range of structures, including Mutual Funds, Hedge and Private Equity Funds, and Collective Funds across the U.S., Canada, Ireland (UCITS), and the UK. This role supports day‑to‑day cash management, cash equitization, mutual fund trading and portfolio model management across the different structures. The position works closely with portfolio managers, operations, compliance, custodians, sub‑advisors, and brokers to manage cash, execute model updates, place underlying fund trades in fund of fund products, support futures and FX activity. In addition, the role compiles key regulatory and client due diligence reporting, and documentation of policies and procedures, while contributing to process improvements and supporting new products and platform initiatives as the investment platform evolves. If you enjoy solving complex problems, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and driving initiatives from concept to completion, this role offers both variety and visibility.
BS/BA in in Finance, Accounting, Economics, STEM or the equivalent in work experience Three to five years of financial services experience. Prefer investment accounting and trading. product development / management a plus Strong understanding of investments including equity, fixed income, alternative asset classes and understanding of derivatives products, specifically equity futures and its application in equitizing cash Strong understanding mutual fund operations
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize responsibilities Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy Strong communication skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
