Who You Are

• Familiar with documentation used in private fund and investment vehicle structures

• Knowledge of federal and state securities rules related to private offerings

• Strong organizational, proofreading, and written communication skills

• Support attorneys advising venture capital and investment fund clients

• Coordinate documentation used toestestand maintain investment entities

• Draft and organize materials related to investor participation and fund governance

• Review investor onboarding materials for eligibility and compliance

• Assist with securities law research and preparation of required regulatory notices

• Compile documentation supporting diligence efforts and attorney analysis

• Assist with regulatory reporting tied to venture fund public company holdings

• Maintain accurate time entries and support general administrative needs

Salary Range: $65,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience
