I'm partnering with a leading alternative investment manager seeking a Finance Manager to join its Fund Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure across the entire fund lifecycle, working directly with investment professionals, investor relations, senior leadership, and external fund administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fund administration activities, including NAVs, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, partner allocations, waterfall calculations, and credit facilities
• Partner directly with investment teams on fundings, realizations, and portfolio valuations
• Support investor reporting, LP communications, and capital raising initiatives
• Manage fund administrator relationships and review all deliverables
• Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and fund finance infrastructure projects

Ideal Background

• 5-8 years of private equity or private credit fund accounting experience
• Direct buy-side experience required
• Hands-on experience with waterfalls, carried interest allocations, capital activity, investor reporting, and fund financial statements
