A leading global fund administrator with over $400B+ in assets under administration is seeking a Private Equity Director – Fund Accounting to join its team. Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the delivery of private equity fund accounting services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Manage closed-end fund accounting processes, including capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee fee calculations, P&L allocations, waterfall models, and IRR reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact.
• Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 accounting professionals, ensuring workflows are efficient and well-controlled.
• Manage audits, client onboarding, and fund transitions.
• Continuously improve processes, systems, and team performance to maintain best-in-class service standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private equity fund administration or alternative investment accounting.
• At least 3+ years in a management/supervisory role with proven success leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, performance reporting, and private equity structures.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Investran experience preferred, but not required.
