Green Key Resources in New York is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Fund Finance team. This role offers broad exposure across the full fund lifecycle, collaborating with investment professionals, investor relations, senior leadership, and external fund administrators.

Ideal candidates bring 5-8 years of private equity or private credit fund accounting, direct buy-side experience, and hands-on work with waterfalls and carried interest, reporting, and capital activity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of private equity or private credit fund accounting experience.
• Direct buy-side experience required.
• Hands-on with waterfalls, carried interest allocations, capital activity, investor reporting.
• Experience overseeing fund administrators rather than performing fund admin for external clients.
• Big 4 background preferred.
• Strong understanding of full PE fund lifecycle and fund structures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with ownership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fund administration activities: NAVs, financials, capital calls, distributions.
• Partner with investment teams on fundings, valuations, and realizations.
• Support investor reporting, LP communications, and capital raising.
• Manage fund administrator relationships and review deliverables.
• Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and fund finance projects.
