Job summary

Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC is looking for an Associate Financial Administrator I to play a key role in preparing and filing quarterly mutual fund reports. The successful candidate will prepare and maintain expense budgets, monitor fund performance, and compile reports for Trust’s Board members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• Experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of SEC Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, and 24f-2.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds.
• Maintains expense budgets and accruals.
• Calculates standard monthly management fees and advisor waivers.
