Duties:

1. Advise clients on structuring and executing fund-level financing transactions
2. Draft and negotiate credit agreements and other related financing documents
3. Manage and close complex syndicated lending and asset-based lending deals
4. Support legal due diligence processes in fund finance transactions
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on cross-border financings
6. Guide compliance and regulatory matters related to fund finance
7. Interact with institutional lenders, investment funds, and asset managers
8. Handle NAV-based, subscription-line, and other specialized finance structures

Requirements:

1. 3-6 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or financial institution
2. Substantial exposure to one or more of the following:
3. Syndicated lending
4. Asset-based or commercial lending
5. Leveraged finance
6. CLOs
7. Fund formation or acquisition financings
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously
9. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
10. Detail-oriented and highly organized with sound legal judgment

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for waiver/in-house registration)
