Responsibilities

Prepare and review GAAP financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators and auditors.
Ensure timely reporting of fund performance to investors and regulators.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor fund expenses and adherence to budgets.
Develop and implement accounting policies to improve accuracy and controls.
Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and strategy.
Assist with investor reports, capital calls, and distributions.
Coordinate with compliance, risk management, and investment teams on performance and issues.
