Korn Ferry is seeking a Controller for a growth-focused private equity platform with infrastructure and essential services investments. You will oversee fund controllership, financial reporting, and investor communications across multiple funds, partnering with senior leadership and external administrators to enhance reporting and drive scalable processes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in private markets accounting, deep GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership in high-volume fund environments

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in private markets (private equity/infrastructure).
• Deep understanding of private fund accounting, U.S. GAAP, fund economics, waterfalls, GP/LP allocations.
• Experience managing or coordinating third-party fund administrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and controllership across private equity, infrastructure, and co-investment vehicles.
• Oversee fund accounting, tax coordination, valuations, carried interest, waterfall calculations, and audits.
• Strengthen LP reporting capabilities and investor communications, with timely quarterly statements.
