Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC. seeks an experienced Fund Controller in Boston to own fund accounting, NAV, and financial reporting. You will partner with investment, operations, tax, and auditors while overseeing capital calls, distributions, and fund expenses.

The role requires 8+ years in fund/public accounting, CPA certification, and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge with experience in complex fund structures. Onsite work four days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fund accounting and public accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and partnership accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and analysis abilities.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, or hedge funds is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex fund structures and waterfalls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, NAV, financial reporting, and audits.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, cash, and fund expenses.
• Review complex investment transactions and partnership accounting.
• Collaborate with investment, operations, tax, and audit teams.
• Support new fund launches and operational initiatives.
