Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with an investment management firm to recruit a seasoned Fund Controller in Downtown Boston, MA. This full-time, hybrid role oversees fund accounting, NAV reporting, financial statements, and audit coordination to support a sophisticated portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in fund accounting or asset management, a CPA or equivalent, and strong Excel/analytical skills to drive process improvements and accurate investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, asset management, or public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, NAV reporting, financial statements, and audit coordination.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, banks, and other service providers.
• Support valuation processes and assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner with investment, operations, and investor relations teams on ongoing fund activities.
• Assist with budgeting, cash management, and treasury-related functions.
• Support new fund launches and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure investor reporting and other key deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
