Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Fund Controller to lead financial reporting and administration for PE fund clients. You will participate with the Engagement Manager on fund accounting, capital accounts, and financial statements.

The role covers audit/tax coordination, cash flow forecasting, and investor reporting. A CPA is a plus and 2+ years of public accounting or equivalent is required, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance/accounting/economics concentration preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• CPA is a plus; knowledge of Private Equity/VC accounting preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting and financial statement preparation for clients.
• Oversee audit and tax preparation processes.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions and allocations details.
• Track portfolio company financings and cash flow forecasting.
• Support quarterly reporting to limited partners.
