Connect Search, LLC is recruiting a senior finance leader for its US private equity operations in Chicago. Hybrid schedule with a full-time, permanent role overseeing daily NAV production, governance, and fund administration setup.

The role drives automation, policy development, and external provider governance, reporting to senior leadership and the Valuation Committee.

• 10+ years of experience within private equity / alternative fund environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the US Finance team and establish the target operating model for daily-priced registered funds and embed controls.
• Support Finance workstream for setup of fund administration, transfer agency and custody to move from monthly to daily environment.
• Manage relationships with fund administrator, transfer agent, custodian, valuation agent and auditors; set expectations, monitor KPIs and hold providers to account for performance.
• Partner with Data Intelligence & Analytics, Technology and Change to mature the daily NAV platform, driving automation, resilience and control.
• Help shape valuation policy and methodology for Equity and Credit funds with the Valuation Committee.
• Support and influence launch of new fund launches in the US.
• Oversee the end-to-end daily NAV production cycle.
• Drive execution of the US team’s role in the daily cycle: T0 cashflow monitoring, administrator submission, FX lockdown and final NAV consistency, acting as failsafe for reconciliation and sign-off where required.
• Oversee internal valuation process and Valuation Committee interaction, ensuring portfolio NAV is accurate and changes are approved and documented.
• Ensure regulatory and Board reporting obligations are met in full and on time.

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Pay Range: $230,000 - $250,000 base salary plus 35% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
