Job summary

JTC Group in St. Louis, MO seeks a Fund Services Accounting Specialist to support private equity and real estate funds with day-to-day accounting and reporting.

You will handle investor services, fund accounting activities, cash management, and liaise with clients, treasury, and auditors in a hybrid work environment, requiring strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail. This permanent role offers growth within Institutional Client Services.

Qualifications

• College degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Private equity experience or fund administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients to handle information requests and account maintenance.
• Process and report investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Review due diligence documents for fund investors.
• Liaise with management in reviewing AML/KYC of investors.
• Coordinate cash activity and prepare confirmations for investor delivery.
• Daily interaction with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and live chat.
• Support day-to-day accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate funds.
