Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support our Fund Administration team. You will monitor fund budgets, prepare financial statements, and contribute to regulatory reporting and board materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 2–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of ETFs and regulatory standards. This is a full-time position based in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds and investments.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles.
• Ethics and compliance awareness.
• Organized with attention to detail; can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a fund budget based on contracts and expense trends.
• Prepare and review ETF and fund board meeting materials for virtual or in-person meetings.
• Prepare financial statements for ETF and funds for clients and the SEC with GAAP compliance.
• Test portfolio compliance with the Investment Company Act and guidelines.
• Lead the financial reporting filing requirements for fund clients.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects including fund launches, M&A activity and liquidations.
