Standish Management, LLC is seeking associates to join its fund administration team in Los Angeles, CA. The Associate will oversee administrative support and investor relations, ranging from data entry in client reporting software to preparing quarterly LP reports and handling accounts payables/receivables for clients.

Responsibilities include data entry, filing, capital calls support, investor correspondence, and monthly bank reconciliations with LP reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of investment accounting concepts.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually.
  • Strong communication with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of financial and client information into the recordkeeping system.
  • Serve as an essential part of the fund administration team.
  • Maintain and update filing system.
  • Assist with information for capital calls, distributions, and allocations to investors.
  • Correspond with investors regarding fund information.
  • Handle client management company accounts payables and receivables.
  • Monthly bank reconciliation and quarterly reporting to Limited Partners (LPs).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
