Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Training Consultant to join the COO Learning & Development team. You will translate business requirements into learning strategy, lead the design and delivery of learning solutions, and oversee complex programs aligned with enterprise needs on a global scale.

The role requires 5–8 years in Fund Accounting operations or training consulting, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of operational experience in the Fund Accounting operations function.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Excellent project management capabilities and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into learning solutions.
• Experience in training consulting and performance support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with management to translate requirements into learning strategy.
• Develop and implement programs that support performance aligned with enterprise needs.
• Design and deliver proactive communication plans for global audiences.
• Lead major, complex learning initiatives as project manager.
• Collaborate with global training teams to deliver unified curricula.
