Job summary

Northern Trust, a global leader in wealth management and banking services, is seeking a Fund Accounting Training Consultant. The role is based in a hybrid model across multiple U.S.

locations and focuses on designing and delivering fund accounting training solutions for the Global curriculums. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fund accounting or training consulting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a Fund Accounting operations function.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and concepts.
• Experience with ADDIE instructional design methodology is preferred.
• Experience using Captivate, Articulate or Easy Generator or similar is preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning outcomes for Fund Accounting training.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs aligned with global curriculums.
• Coordinate and deliver the i2i programme mandatory curriculum in assigned locations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
