Northern Trust is seeking a Training Consultant to design, deliver, and manage Fund Accounting training across the global unit. You will work with performance consultants and SMEs to translate business outcomes into learning objectives and develop curricula aligned with the organization’s standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a Fund Accounting operations function.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and concepts.
• Experience with ADDIE instructional design methodology.
• Experience with Captivate, Articulate or Easy Generator or similar.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 tools would be advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver functional training solutions for the Fund Accounting unit.
• Analyze training needs and contribute to continuous improvement of curricula.
• Develop project plans and coordinate with subject matter experts.
• Deliver training programs and maintain program tools and schedules.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a subject matter expert in program design.
• Collaborate with Global Training Teams to align interventions.
