Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to join our accounting team in the United States (Colorado). The role focuses on NAV calculations, client activity reconciliation, and reporting to fund managers and investors.

The candidate will work closely with fund managers, ensure internal controls, and mentor junior accountants. A four-year degree in accounting/finance and strong Excel skills are required, with remote options available for qualified candidates.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting for hedge funds.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio and investor accounting systems, especially Advent Geneva World Investor, is a plus.
• Strong internal controls and documentation experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filtering).

Mansioni

• Record and reconcile all portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate NAV per industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profit and loss and compute management and performance fees.
• Process fund expenses and cash wire requests accurately and timely.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for boards, financial statements, audits and regulatory requests.
• Mentor and train fund accountants; ensure timely completion of tasks.
