Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager for its Iselin, NJ operations. You will lead a team handling NAV calculations, financial statements, and client reporting for Private Equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in fund accounting leadership, US GAAP knowledge, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and benefits with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).
• 4+ years’ experience in managing a team of Fund Accountants, Senior Fund Accountants and Supervisors.
• 3 - 5 years of fund accounting experience in either a Private Equity Fund, Private Equity Fund Administrator or other financial institution with financial products knowledge.
• Knowledge of US/Canadian GAAP and other comprehensive bases of accounting.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements; managerial experience; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to archive departmental and organizational goals.
• Implement strategic plans to archive business objectives.
• Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
• Oversee Net Asset Value calculations for Private Equity Funds, including financial statement prep and partner allocation.
