Job summary

Citco seeks a Senior Vice President-level leader for Private Equity Fund Accounting in Dallas to oversee a team of managers and staff, ensuring timely NAV calculations and accurate financial statements. You will maintain client relationships and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a university degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years in PE accounting, with leadership experience and knowledge of waterfall structures.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).
• 8+ years public/Private Equity accounting experience.
• Proven leadership experience at VP level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee Net Asset Value calculations and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external/regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Tax, Financial Reporting and other Citco groups globally.
• Onboard new employees, conduct performance reviews and develop training plans.
