Job summary

Sixth Street in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Fund Accounting lead to support several of our investment funds. This is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX, focusing on accounting, financial reporting, cash management, investor reporting and fund performance analyses.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years accounting experience in private equity, fund admin or related field.
• BA/BS in Accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting responsibilities within monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Oversee investor reporting and requests; coordinate with Funds’ Administrator.
• Manage fund operations including capital calls, distributions and line of credit activity.
• Assist in managing fund audits and respond to auditor questions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and business processes; solve issues.
