Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of public and private experience.
Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise.
Responsibilities
Assist with the month-end close process.
Calculate management fees & incentive fees.
Analyze the profit/loss and fund performance monthly.
Report quarterly and annual accounting information.
Maintain detailed summary tracking expenditures across funds.
Prepare fund expenditures packages and wire transfer requests.
Identify and analyze daily cash activity.
Responsible for portfolio valuation review and P&L attribution.
Coordinate the year-end audits.
Skills
Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise
Strong Excel skills
Experience working with asset-backed finance credit instruments
Big4 experience preferred
Experience with Investran
