Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in alternative investment funds or public accounting.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in fund accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Investran preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting and financial reporting for multiple real-estate funds.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring client expectations are met.
• Interpret partnership agreements for compliance with financial standards.
• Manage complex accounting tasks including financial statement reviews.
• Lead team communication and mentor junior staff.
