Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing daily cash and investment activity.
• Monitor and report on credit facility activity.
• Review journal entries and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports, including financial disclosures.
• Respond to investor inquiries.
• Manage regulatory reporting filings.
