Associate Director - Fund Administration Manager - IN

Fund Accounting Role: This role involves segregating resources into categories (funds) to identify sources and uses of funds. It is essential for demonstrating accountability, planning, budgeting, evaluating performance, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Review investment fund balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other accounting reports in accordance with regulations and reporting standards.
2. Review financial statements for major and non-major funds.
3. Analyze financial data to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
4. Oversee SEC financial data filings for timeliness and accuracy.
5. Research impacts of new accounting standards and regulations on transactions.
6. Coach and review work of junior fund financial professionals.

Educational Requirements:

• University degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years; 7+ years preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work.
