Qualifications

• Strong GAAP knowledge and fair value accounting
• 2+ years in financial reporting or fund accounting
• Ability to work with external vendors and third-party administrators
• Experience with audits and REIT compliance a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund-level quarterly financial statements
• Execute monthly close with fund administrator and accounting team
• Review workpapers, fee calculations, and investor statements
• Assist annual audits of investment vehicles
• Ensure internal controls and accounting processes are documented
• Coordinate with external tax team for data requests
• Liaise on REIT compliance with asset managers and tax consultants
• Prepare quarterly variance reporting at fund level
• Provide transaction support for Investments team
