Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a qualified fund accounting professional to join our Connecticut office in a hybrid role. The candidate should bring 2–5 years of fund accounting or audit experience from a top-tier firm and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include preparing fund financials, assisting month/quarter/year-end close, handling capital calls and distributions, supporting audit inquiries, and driving process improvements while addressing investor requests

Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience in the accounting, finance, or commercial real estate fields.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business from top tier school

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of the fund financials
Be a key member helping out with the month, quarter, and year-end close process
Help with capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations
Be a resource for audit inquiries and assist the fund admin
Analyze high risk accounts on the balance sheet and income statement to recommend any better methods
Have an analytical mindset and help out with process improvement initiatives
Respond to investor requests and special projects as they arise
