Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review interim and year-end fund financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and internal controls.
• Partner with teams across Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations.
• Work closely with external fund administrators and auditors on audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Support new fund launches, restructurings, fee calculations, and other accounting deliverables.
• Assist with regulatory and investor-facing reporting.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives for senior management.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional with 2-3 years of experience who is looking to move into—or continue building their career within—the financial services and investment management space. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public accounting or a combination of public and private accounting, along with experience supporting financial services clients or complex accounting environments.
