VC Stack, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a dedicated finance team member to support accounting and financial reporting activities. The role involves managing capital calls, fund accounting processes, and providing operational support across various business functions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 2–5 years experience in a similar setting. A solid understanding of portfolio fund valuations and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in Venture Capital.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment funds accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Responsible for maintaining the cash reconciliation for multiple investment funds.
• Manage capital calls and record transactions in the general ledger.
• Assist with year-end audit requirements and investor reporting.
