Job summary

Arrow Search Partners is seeking a finance professional to coordinate month-end close and review NAV for a fast-paced investment operations team.

You will review investor allocations and PE waterfalls, prepare management reports, and liaise with external auditors. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in accounting or fund administration, with strong Excel skills and CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience at a public accounting firm, asset management firm, and/or fund administrator.
• CPA a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close process and review monthly NAV.
• Review complex investor allocations and PE style waterfalls.
• Prepare and analyze various reports for management, investors, and regulators.
• Oversee external administrator.
• Oversee the audit and financial statement process and liaise with auditors.
• Evaluate and perform various internal control functions.
• Various special projects as needed.
