Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Interest or experience in fund accounting, investment accounting, or financial services operations.
• Understanding of NAV, reconciliations, derivatives, or investment products is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work U.S. holidays and overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support daily NAV calculation and accounting for commingled investment portfolios.
• Process and verify transactions, capital stock activity, expenses, corporate actions, cash, and other accounting activity.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for derivative valuation inquiries.
• Identify, research, and resolve accounting and reconciliation breaks.
• Escalate problem items and follow up on outstanding inquiries through resolution.
• Monitor daily production volumes and ensure accounting deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Partner with internal departments to investigate and resolve accounting and valuation issues.
• Support daily production and management reporting, including cash breaks, past-due items, and other accounting analysis.
• Communicate professionally and constructively to resolve issues and minimize operational risk.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting daily deadlines.
