Job summary

Well-Rooted Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a full-time or part-time remote role. You will perform comprehensive FM evaluations across infants to teens, develop personalized care plans, and empower families with nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and advanced testing.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years FM experience, pediatric care background, FM certification, and strong communication skills to educate families.

Qualifications

• Active NP license.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing Functional Medicine.
• Experience caring for pediatric patients.
• Functional Medicine certification (IFM, A4M, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, gut health, hormones, immune function, environmental medicine, and lifestyle interventions.
• Comfortable interpreting specialty functional laboratory testing.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Compassionate, positive, and committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset and passion for continual learning.
