Functional Medicine of Idaho in Ammon, Idaho, is seeking a Primary Care Provider to deliver full-spectrum primary care blending conventional and functional medicine. You will manage a panel of patients and collaborate with nurses, nutritionists, and health coaches to deliver integrated care.

You'll participate in continuous improvement, help grow the patient panel through referrals, and contribute to a culture of root-cause medicine while working on-site at our Ammon location.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of clinical experience in primary care or outpatient setting.
• Active Idaho license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prescriptive authority in Idaho, or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-spectrum primary care blending conventional and functional medicine.
• Collaborate with nurses, nutritionists, and health coaches for a coordinated plan.
• Grow a patient-focused panel with support from marketing, referral, and front office teams.
